Subject: Professional development request: Copenhagen urban study programme, 10–12 September

Hi [Manager],

I'd like to attend the Copenhagen Urban City Break (10–12 September 2026), a curated professional development programme for urban professionals run by All Things Urban and Urbcast.

Over two intensive days, a small international group visits Copenhagen's most referenced projects, guided by experts from the organisations that planned, financed and built them. For my work on [project / area], the direct takeaways are [e.g. financing models for public space, land-value capture, meanwhile-use strategies], plus contacts at the organisations behind these projects.

The participation fee is €[490/590] plus VAT, including the full programme, expert-led visits, local transport, materials and a certificate of participation. Travel and accommodation would come to roughly €[amount]. The organiser issues a proper invoice to us.

Would you support this? Places are limited and confirmed on application, so I'd like to apply by [date].

Thanks,
